So I'm way behind on posting something new. And I have quite a bit of topics floating around, weekend trip, my bear working on his flight instrument rating and some pics but it's late and those things feel like too much work at the current moment.
I'll just respond to the Facebook tag a friend sent and post 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you.
This seems easier tonight and if I don;t finish I can pick it up tomorrow.
Here goes:
1. I'm the youngest in my family, 2 older sisters - 7 & 10 years between me.
2. The home I grew up in was named "Sweet Gum Hollow" by my father, and a sign hung underneath our mailbox saying so.
3. My Mom says that I was the earliest one to start speaking out of all her girls, she says I asked for my bottle at 6 months. (little freaky)
4. My favorite thing to do is create beautiful things. Any kind of art, clothes or smiles.
5. I think that God has given me a joyful heart - optimism is a strength.
6. I met my husband at my church Sunday School class, and that proved me wrong. I just knew that I would never meet my spouse there.
7. I am scared of flying. I married a pilot.
8. My favorite meal is my Mom's homemade - spaghetti.
9. My favorite childhood comfort was my Daddy rubbing my feet after a long Saturday of playing outside.
10. I have been blessed with three good jobs, and I'm amazed and how each one has prepared me for the next.
11. I love my Basset hound probably too much - he's joy with ears!
12. I love watching LA Ink.
13. Driving my Jeep Wrangler is a natural high.
14. I'm motivated to prove people wrong if that tell me no.
15. I dream of living out in the country, raising basset hounds and having an art studio in a barn loft.
16. I can whistle most any song, I learned this from my Dad.
17. I sang tenor in high school.
18. I love the burn and good diet coke leaves in my throat.
19. I avoid all reading. Period. Instructions, emails and especially books.
20. God answered my prayer for a dog, house and husband with a old truck in the same order I asked for them on the beach in 2002.
21. I am a night person, waking up in the morning is way too harsh.
22. I like to eat cereal for dinner on Sunday nights.
23. I worked grounds crew at Berry College and was the only girl that new how to start a lawn mower.
24. I need to go on spontaneous road trips to sustain my sanity.
25. I just bought an invisible ink puzzle book and it has been a highlight of my month.
